To apply the changes made to the content and display options of the block, it is necessary to complete the saving procedure.
Procedure
1. Make sure you have filled in all the mandatory fields in the first section, Content:
- Enter or modify the Global block title.
- Select the block Type.
- Edit the block Content (using the visual editor or text area).
2. Move on to the next section, called Display options.
3. In the Display options section, configure the following settings (if needed):
- Select Yes or No for the Automatically display option.
- Enter a numeric value to set the Display order.
4. In the subsection Limit by link, define display rules based on site pages:
- In the field Show ONLY on the following pages, enter links of pages where the block MUST be displayed.
- In the field Do NOT show on the following pages, enter links of pages where the block MUST NOT be displayed.
5. Once all changes are completed, click on the save button (usually located at the bottom or in the page header) to save your changes. The button text is generally Save.
6. Wait for confirmation that saving was successful.
