How to search for and select website links for inclusion/exclusion rules

Why do it: To precisely define on which pages of the site an element (block) should be displayed or hidden.

Procedure

1. Access the block editing screen and scroll down to the Display Options section.

2. Locate the subsection titled Limit by link.

3. Decide whether to apply an inclusion or exclusion rule:

  • Select the Show ONLY on the following pages field to define the only pages where the block should appear.
  • Select the Do NOT show on the following pages field to define the pages where the block should be hidden.

4. Start typing the address (URL) of the page you are looking for inside the selected field.

5. The system will display a list of suggestions matching links present on your website.

6. Click on the desired link from the suggestion list to select it. The link will be added as a tag in the field.

7. Repeat steps 4 and 6 to add all necessary links for your inclusion or exclusion rule.

8. When finished, make sure to save the changes made to the block to apply the new display rules.
