How to filter and sort reports in the list

This guide explains how to use the built-in search and sorting functions in the report list to find and organize data efficiently.

Filtering Reports (Search)

Why do it: To quickly find specific reports within the list.

Procedure:

1. Locate the search box (usually positioned above the report table).

2. Type the text or keyword you are looking for (for example, part of the Title of the report).

3. The list will automatically filter and show only the reports that contain the typed text.

Sorting Reports by column

Why do it: To organize reports based on specific metrics, such as total clicks or views.

Procedure:

1. Identify the header of the column you want to use for sorting. Available columns are:

  • Titolo
  • Elementi
  • Click totali
  • Visualizzazioni totali

2. Click on the desired column header (for example, Click totali). The list will be sorted in ascending order (from lowest to highest value).

3. Click again on the same column header. The list will be sorted in descending order (from highest to lowest value).

4. An arrow-shaped icon will appear next to the column title to indicate which column is currently used for sorting and in which direction.
