This guide explains how to save all changes made to the configuration of a card or membership package, ensuring that all required data is entered correctly.
Procedure
1. Access the "General" section (the first step of the configuration).
2. Make sure you have filled in all mandatory fields:
- Enter the Card Title.
- Enter the Slug (this field is often automatically generated from the title).
- Enter the Description.
3. Upload the necessary images:
- Upload the Preview image using the media picker.
- Upload the Card image using the media picker.
4. Configure the main settings:
- Set visibility by checking or unchecking Show in client area.
- Define the Print width (mm).
- Enter the Price.
- Select the Applied tax.
5. Configure the duration and recurrence of the package:
- If the package is recurring, check the box Enable recurring payment.
- If enabled, specify the Period duration (value and type: Months or Years).
- Check Enable automatic renewal if needed.
- If automatic renewal is active, specify the Maximum number of renewals (enter
0for unlimited renewals). - If you want to offer a trial period, fill in the sections related to Trial period duration and Trial price.
6. Configure Card Text Positioning:
- In the Card Text Positioning section, for each field (e.g., Affiliate's first and last name, Affiliate code), you can define the text Color and its position on the card image using the cropping tool (cropper).
- To remove a cropping configuration, click on the Remove button below the preview image.
7. Access the "Template" section (the second step of configuration).
8. Here you can manage email templates associated with membership (e.g., new-membership, membership-expiration-reminder, membership-expired).
- For each template, click on Activate or Deactivate.
- If the template is active, you can edit its content.
9. Once all changes in both sections are completed, click on the save button (usually located at the top or bottom of the editing screen) to apply your configurations.
> Note: The system will verify that mandatory fields (Card Title, Slug, and crop configuration of the card in Card Text Positioning) have been saved before completing the operation.
