Modify the content of email notification templates (new membership, expiration, expired)

Why do it: You can customize the emails automatically sent to users regarding the activation or expiration of their membership.

Procedure:

1. Access the edit screen of the Card or Membership package you want to configure.

2. Navigate to the Template step (usually the second section or tab of the edit form).

3. In the Template section, you will find a list of email notification templates, including:

  • New Membership Notification (corresponding to new-membership)
  • Membership Expiration Reminder (corresponding to membership-expiration-reminder)
  • Membership Expired (corresponding to membership-expired)

4. Locate the template you want to edit.

5. To enable editing and override the default content, make sure the template is active.

  • If the template is inactive, click Activate.
  • If you want to disable sending that notification, click Deactivate.

(Note: The Activate and Deactivate buttons are visible only if you are working in the system's main language).

6. Once active, the content editor will open. Edit the email text and design as desired.

7. After completing the changes, proceed to the general save of the Card/Membership to apply the new template settings.
