Why do it: To define a new pricing structure and the related application conditions within the booking system.
Procedure
1. Access the rate creation or modification module.
2. In the main section, enter the rate name in the Titolo tariffa field.
3. Enter a brief explanation of the rate in the Descrizione field.
4. Enter any additional information or specific conditions in the Dettagli field.
Settings and Conditions (Sidebar)
5. Check the Tariffa attiva box if you want the rate to be immediately available for use.
6. Select the VAT rate or applicable tax from the Imposta applicata dropdown menu.
7. In the Opzioni incluse field, select any options (if present) that are included in this rate.
Booking Conditions
8. In the Prezzo minimo field, enter the minimum price required for applying this rate.
9. Define occupancy limits:
- Enter the minimum number of people in the Minimo adulti field.
- Enter the maximum number of people in the Massimo adulti field.
10. Define stay duration limits:
- Enter the minimum number of nights in the Minimo notti field.
- Enter the maximum number of nights in the Massimo notti field.
11. Define the validity period of the rate:
- Select the start date from which the rate is valid in the Data inizio field.
- Select the end date until which the rate is valid in the Data fine field.
Additional Conditions (If Present)
12. If the module is active, you can define location-related conditions:
- Select one or more locations from the Luogo di pickup dropdown menu.
- Select one or more locations from the Luogo di consegna dropdown menu.
Saving
13. Once all necessary fields are filled out, click on the button to proceed and complete the saving procedure (usually labeled Fine or Salva).
