Guide: Activating or Deactivating a Rate
Why do it:
Activating or deactivating a rate allows you to control its availability, making it visible to customers or temporarily hiding it without deleting it.
Procedure:
1. Access the edit screen of the rate you want to manage.
2. In the options section on the right, locate the checkbox labeled Tariffa attiva.
3. To activate the rate: Click the box to check it.
4. To deactivate the rate: Click the box to uncheck it (the box should be empty).
5. Once the desired status is set, save the changes made to the form.
Status Check (Optional)
After saving, you can return to the main list of rates to verify the status:
1. In the main table, check the column titled Stato.
2. If the rate is active, you will see the label Attivo.
3. If the rate is deactivated, you will see the label Non attivo.
