This guide explains how to rearrange the list of displayed articles by sorting them based on their title, creation date, or last modification date.
When you sort a column, the list automatically reorganizes in ascending order (A-Z, oldest date) or descending order (Z-A, most recent date).
Sorting procedure
To sort the list of articles:
1. Access the main page that contains the list of articles.
2. Locate the table header you want to use for sorting. Available options include:
- Title
- Creation
- Last modification
3. Click once on the chosen column header (for example, click on Title).
- The list will be immediately reordered.
- A small arrow will appear next to the column name to indicate the sorting direction (ascending or descending).
4. To reverse the order (for example, from ascending to descending), click again on the same column header.
> Note: The Creation column is set as the default sorting option and, upon first loading the page, articles are shown from most recent to least recent.
