This guide explains how to use the search function to quickly find articles based on their author in the main list. The author search is integrated into the general search bar of the table.
Goal: Find articles written by a specific user.
Step-by-step procedure
1. Access the main article management screen (the page containing the table with columns Title, Category, Author, etc.).
2. Locate the general search bar positioned above the articles table.
3. In the search bar, type the first name, last name, or email address of the author you want to search for.
4. The system will automatically filter the table, showing only articles where the Author column matches the entered text.
5. To view all articles again, clear the text entered in the search bar.
