Add or edit the tags associated with the article

This guide explains how to add, edit, or remove tags associated with a specific article within the platform.


Procedure for Managing Tags

1. Access the article editing

Open the desired article in edit mode.

2. Navigate to the General section

Make sure you are in the first section of the edit form, titled General.

3. Locate the Tag field

In the options column on the right, scroll down until you find the field labeled Tag.

4. Add a new Tag

  • Click inside the Tag field.
  • Type the name of the new tag.
  • After typing the name, press Enter to confirm and add the tag to the list.
  • Note: If the tag already exists, an autocomplete suggestion may appear.

5. Edit or remove an existing Tag

  • Tags already associated with the article appear as labels within the field.
  • To remove a tag, click on the close icon (usually an X) next to the tag name.

6. Save changes

Once tags have been added or edited, click on the save button (usually located at the top or bottom of the page) to apply the changes.
