This guide explains how to permanently remove a single message within a conversation.
Deletion Procedure
Follow these steps to delete a specific message:
1. Access the Messages section and open the conversation containing the message you want to delete.
2. Locate the specific message you wish to remove from the history.
3. Next to the date and time of the message, click on the Trash icon (<i class="fas fa-trash"></i>).
4. The system will ask for confirmation with the message: "Do you confirm you want to delete the message?".
5. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
The message will be immediately removed from the conversation. If the deleted message was the only one in the conversation, the entire conversation will be closed and removed from the list.
