This procedure allows you to move a conversation from the In Progress chat list to the Archived chats list.
Step-by-step procedure:
1. Open the conversation you want to archive by clicking on its name in the list on the left (under the In Progress column).
2. Once the conversation is open, click on the Details button (identified by the icon <i class="fas fa-info"></i>) to open the information sidebar.
3. In the details panel, scroll down to find the actions section.
4. Click on the Archive button (identified by the trash can icon <i class="fa fa-trash"></i>).
5. In the dropdown menu that appears, click again on Archive.
The conversation will be immediately removed from the In Progress list.
Viewing archived conversations
To view conversations you have archived:
1. At the bottom of the conversation list, click on the Archived icon (identified by the trash can icon <i class="fas fa-trash"></i>).
2. The conversation list will update to show only archived ones.
To reopen an archived conversation, open it, click on Details, and then on the Reopen button (identified by the icon <i class="fa fa-check"></i>).
