Why do it:
To consult the message history, check the progress status of the request, and send new responses.
Procedure
1. Access the main ticket management section.
2. Locate the ticket of interest within the table showing the columns Status, Issue, and Last Update.
3. In the Issue column, click on the ticket title.
You will be redirected to the viewing page, where you can consult the request details, including:
- Request #[ID]: The title and category of the ticket.
- Progress: The completion status (e.g., Completed at 100%).
- Opened on: Date and time of opening.
- Last update: Date and time of the last activity.
- The Messages section with the complete discussion history.
