Viewing the details of an order linked to the ticket
Procedure
1. Access the ticket view page by clicking on the desired ticket row from the main list.
2. Within the Messages section, scroll until you find the message containing the order summary. This block is identified by the labels Prezzo (IVA esclusa) and Stato Ordine.
3. At the bottom of this summary, click the button to access the full order details. The button text may vary depending on the payment status:
- If the payment is pending, click Rivedi e paga ordine.
- If the order has already been paid or completed, click Vedi dettagli ordine.
4. You will be redirected to the dedicated page to view the full order details.
