Why do it
The ticket title helps the support team quickly identify the subject of your request.
Procedure
1. From the main support screen, click the Open new request button.
2. In the "Ticket opening" section, locate the field labeled Ticket title.
3. Enter a clear and concise title for your request (for example, "Access issue" or "Request to change the layout"). The field will suggest What is it about?.
4. After specifying the title and filling in the Message field, click the Send button to open the ticket.
