Write the problem description message

Providing a clear and detailed description of the problem or request helps the support team respond quickly and effectively.

Procedure

1. In the Ticket Opening section, fill in the Ticket Title field by entering a concise summary of your request (for example: "Error accessing the panel").

2. Select the type of assistance needed from the Request Type dropdown menu.

3. In the Message field, write a complete description of the problem. Explain in detail what happened, when it happened, and which steps you have already tried to resolve it.

4. If you want to receive updates via email, make sure the Email update notifications box is checked.

5. Verify that the address in the Notification Email field is correct.

  • Note: If you are not logged in, this field is mandatory to track your request.

6. If necessary, use the Attachments section to upload files or screenshots that can help better understand the problem.

7. Click on the Send button to open the ticket and submit your request.
