Write and send a reply to an existing ticket

This procedure allows you to add a new message or a request for clarification to an already open support ticket.

Procedure

1. Access the ticket view page of the ticket you want to reply to.

2. Scroll down to the section titled New Message.

3. In the main text field, write your reply or message. The field has the placeholder: Explain in detail what you need, we will try to respond as soon as possible.

4. (Optional) If you need to attach files (documents, screenshots, etc.), use the Attachments field to upload the necessary files.

5. Click on the Send Reply button.

Your message will be added to the ticket history and the page will refresh automatically. You will receive an email notification when the support team responds.
