Send the new support request

This guide shows you how to open a new support request (ticket) to receive assistance from our team.

Procedure

1. From the main support screen, click the Open New Request button.

2. In the Ticket Opening section, fill in the following fields:

  • Ticket Title: Enter a brief summary of the problem or request (for example: "Access issue to the reserved area").
  • Request Type: Select the appropriate category from the dropdown menu (for example: "Technical Assistance", "Bug Report", etc.).
  • > Note: After selecting the type, an informational box (Disclaimer) with important details about the request may appear. Please read it carefully.

3. Fill in the Message field: Explain your request or the issue encountered in detail. The more information you provide, the faster we can assist you.

4. In the notifications section:

  • Ensure that the Enable email notifications checkbox is selected.
  • Enter the Notification Email where you wish to receive updates related to your ticket.

5. If necessary, use the Attachments section to upload files or screenshots that may help better understand your request.

6. Click the Submit button to open the ticket.

You will receive a confirmation and be redirected to your ticket's view page. All subsequent communications will take place within that page and via email.
