Ignore the automatic suggestion and proceed with opening the ticket
Why do it:
If the support system suggests an automatic response but you believe it does not solve your problem, you can force the ticket to be opened.
Procedure
1. After filling in the required fields (such as Ticket Title and Message) on the Open Ticket screen, click the submit button (for example, Send or the category-specific button).
2. If the system detects a potential solution, a pop-up window titled Does this answer resolve your issue? containing the automatic suggestion will appear.
3. To ignore the suggestion and proceed with submitting your request to support, click the No, open anyway button.
- Note: If instead the suggested answer resolves your problem, click Yes, cancel opening.
4. The system will complete opening the ticket and redirect you to the request viewing page.
