Close a support request (if resolved)

To mark a support request as resolved and completed.

Procedure

1. Access the page displaying the support request you want to close.

2. Scroll down the page until you find the section highlighted with the message: "Have you resolved it? Click the following button to close the request."

3. Click on the button that starts with the word Close (for example, Close technical assistance).

The page will reload and the request will be marked as Completed 100%.
