To close a support ticket and indicate that your request has been resolved, follow these steps.
Procedure
1. Access the page displaying the support request you want to close.
2. Scroll down the page until you find the information box that says: Have you resolved it? Click the following button to close the request.
3. Click on the Close [Category Name] button.
The button text will be dynamic, for example: Close technical support.
Once clicked, the request will be marked as 100% Completed and the discussion will be closed.
