Open a new support request

To submit an issue, question, or report to the support team.

Procedure

1. On the main support screen, click the Open new request button.

2. You will be redirected to the ticket submission form. Fill in the following fields:

  • Ticket title: Enter a brief summary of your request (for example, "What is it about?").
  • Request type: Select the appropriate category from the dropdown menu.

3. Fill in the Message field with a detailed description of the problem or request.

4. In the notifications section:

  • Make sure that the Enable email notifications option is checked.
  • Verify that the Notification Email is correct.

5. (Optional) If necessary, use the Attachments section to upload useful files or screenshots.

6. Click the Send button.

> Note on Automatic Suggestions: After clicking Send, the system may show an automatic suggestion if your request is similar to issues already resolved.

> * If the suggestion solves your problem, click Yes, cancel opening.

> * If the suggestion is not helpful, click No, open anyway to proceed with submitting the ticket to support.

Once submitted, the request will be visible in the main list and you can follow its updates.
