Cancel ticket opening if an automatic suggestion is provided

Why do it:

If the automated assistance system (AI) identifies a possible solution to your request before the ticket is opened, you can cancel the creation of the request and use the suggested solution.

Procedure

1. Access the new request (ticket) opening screen.

2. Fill in the mandatory fields, including Ticket Title and Message (Description).

3. Click on the submit button, which may be labeled as Send (or Send [Category Name]).

4. If the system finds a potential solution, a dialog box titled "Does this answer solve your problem?" will appear, showing the automatic suggestion.

5. If the automatic suggestion solves your problem and you want to cancel the ticket opening, click on the Yes, cancel opening button.

> Note: If the suggestion does not solve your problem and you still want to proceed with opening the ticket, click on the No, open anyway button.
