Select the type of request (category) for the new ticket

To ensure that your request is handled by the correct team, it is essential to select the appropriate category.

Procedure

1. From the main support ticket screen, click the Open new request button.

2. In the Ticket opening section, locate the field labeled Request type.

3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the category that best fits your need.

4. After selection, an informational box (Disclaimer) specific to the chosen request type will appear.

5. Proceed with filling out the other required fields (Ticket title, Message, etc.).

(Note: The text on the final submit button will automatically change based on the selected request type).
