Why do it
To view tickets based on the latest recorded activity (response or opening), in ascending or descending order.
Procedure
1. Access the main screen that shows the list of tickets.
2. Locate the column named Last Update.
3. Click on the header of the Last Update column.
- The first click will sort the list from the most recently updated ticket to the least recent one (Descending order).
4. Click again on the Last Update header to reverse the order (from least recent to most recent, Ascending order).
