Download the attachments present in the ticket messages

Why do it:

To download documents, images, or other files shared within the ticket conversation.

Procedure:

1. Access your list of requests (tickets).

2. Click on the request title (under the Issue column) to open the ticket view page.

3. Scroll down to the Messages section.

4. Locate the message containing the file you want to download.

5. Below the message text, if attachments are present, you will find the download buttons.

6. Click on the download button corresponding to the file you want to save. The download will start automatically.
