Procedure
1. Access the ticket you want to respond to.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you find the section titled New message.
3. In the main text field, write your response message.
4. Below the message field, locate the section labeled Attachments.
5. Click inside the Attachments field to open the file selection window.
6. Upload or select the file you want to attach (you can attach up to 3 files).
7. Once the file appears in the Attachments field, click the Send response button to send the message and attachments to support.
