This guide explains how to add attachments (such as screenshots or documents) to a reply within an already opened support ticket.
Procedure
1. Access the ticket you want to reply to (you should be on the view.php page).
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you find the section titled New message.
3. In the text field, where you see the prompt Explain in detail what you need, we will try to respond as soon as possible, type your message.
4. Below the message field, locate the Attachments section.
5. Click on the attachments field to open the file selection window. You can upload up to 3 files.
6. Select files from your computer and wait for the upload to complete.
7. Once your message and attachments are ready, click the Send Reply button.
Your message and attached files will be added to the ticket discussion.
