You can attach documents, screenshots, or other relevant files both when opening a new support request (Ticket) and when replying to an existing message.
Note: You can attach up to 3 files per message. Accepted formats include JPG, PNG, PDF, DOCX, TXT, ZIP, RAR, XML, and spreadsheets.
1. Attaching Files When Opening a New Request
This procedure applies when filling out the Apertura ticket form.
1. Fill in the required fields such as Titolo ticket and Messaggio.
2. Locate the section labeled Allegati.
3. Click on the upload area to select files from your computer, or drag and drop files directly into the indicated area.
4. Once you have uploaded the desired files (up to 3), click the Invia button to open the request.
2. Attaching Files to an Existing Reply
This procedure applies when replying to an already opened ticket (in the Nuovo messaggio section).
1. Access the support request you wish to reply to.
2. Scroll down to the Nuovo messaggio section.
3. Write your message in the text field.
4. Locate the section labeled Allegati.
5. Click on the upload area to select files from your computer, or drag and drop files directly into the indicated area.
6. Click the Invia risposta button to send the message and attachments.
