Contacting a client via email

Within this guide, we will see how to directly contact a client from one's Framework360 environment via the clients module.

First, we access the Clients item from the main menu of Framework360 and click on the customer profile we wish to contact. At this point, on the left side, we will find buttons through which we can contact the client using various channels as shown in the figure:

If, for example, we click on the Send email button, a box will open allowing us to create our mail and send it to the client.

Furthermore, Framework360 gives us the ability to view and continue the conversation through the module Messages by going to the homonymous item located within the main menu of Framework360.
