Within this guide, we will take a look at how the Framework360 environment is structured.
What is an Environment?
You've probably come across the term environment many times within my guides and might have wondered what exactly we mean by this term. To put it simply, when we talk about an environment, we are referring to an account, the main aspect that differentiates the latter from an environment is that within an environment, multiple accounts can be registered.
To further simplify, the environment can also be seen as a digital company within which multiple collaborators/employees can access; this company is structured into various departments where work can be carried out and information shared.
In the previous simplification, I used the term departments to refer to the Sections present in the Framework360 environment, now let's take a closer look at what the various sections of the Framework360 environment are and what they are for.
Main Menu
Once inside the environment, we will find a main menu located on the left (as highlighted in the figure), thanks to this menu we can access the various sections I told you about earlier.
Now let's take a specific look at what these sections are and how they can be useful to us.
Section Summary
The first section we will encounter is the Summary section, within which we will find the Dashboard, that is, a summary area of all the data that has been recorded by the software. Such data are reorganized within this area to make it immediately clear how one's business is performing.
Section Sites and Users
Within the Sites and Users section, it will be possible to create Users for your collaborators/employees and define their roles, in the role definition you can configure in an extremely personalized way everything that users will be able to see and modify within the environment.
Moreover, within this section Redirects can be created, which are very important when a page transfer is performed.
Section Clients
In the Clients section, there is the possibility to insert all the customer profiles including through csv.
Section Content
The Content section is a very important one as it allows for complete management of the website.
Let's quickly analyze the main sub-sections within the Content section and understand their functionalities.
For example, within the sub-section Pages , it will be possible to manage all the pages on the website.
Once inside the Pages sub-section to modify one of them, we simply need to click on the desired page, at which point a page will open with a convenient visual builder next to it that we will use to make changes.
We could also go on to create Global Blocks through the homonymous subsection. Global blocks are, precisely, blocks contained within the pages of our website; a classic example of a global block can be the’Header found at the beginning of every page of the site. Below you will find an example of an Header:
With the subsection Menu you can create the menu that will appear on our site.
The last subsection of the Content section we will analyze is the subsection Form, with it you can create a form that website visitors can use to leave their data, about the creation of a form I have dealt with it analytically in another guide which you can consult by clicking here.
Section Blog
Within the Blog section we could manage all aspects related to the blog; thus, with this section we will handle the creation of Articles and the corresponding Categories.
Attention: to activate the Blog section, you will need to go inside the sub-item Plugins found within the Customization section, which we will look at in a moment.
Section Sales
Thanks to this section we will be able to manage all our sales, also taking care of billing or the issuance of fiscal receipts. It is important to note that in terms of fiscal receipts, Framework360 integrates perfectly with many fiscal printers on the market.
Section Web Tracking
The Web Tracking module is one of the crown jewels of Framework360 because, besides allowing the insertion of third-party tracking data (such as Facebook pixel), it enables the tracking of conversions in an extremely simple way, for example, call conversions or form submissions.
I have also created a dedicated guide for this section to help you discover in a simple and immediate way what you can do with this section and how to do it, to view it click here.
Section Notifications
In this section, you will be able to send notifications to everyone who performs an action such as registering on the site.
Section Marketing
Through the Marketing section, you can create campaigns for sending emails, SMS, or messages on all messaging platforms.
Moreover, you will also be able to create automated campaigns based on user behavior.
Section Messages
Through this section, you can read and respond to all messages that come in from different platforms.
Section Customization
Within the Customization section we could configure the theme of our site. Moreover, we could activate various Plugins which would allow us to expand the functionalities of our environment.
Settings Section
Through this section we could configure the settings of our environment, or modify images or the global seo of our website.
Integration Section
With the Integration section, we can integrate our own Framework360 environment with other platforms; for example, if we have another website created with Wordpress, we could extend certain functions of Framework360 to this website.
Furthermore, the website can be integrated with Google Ads, Facebook, Shopify, or Amazon.
Developers Section
Finally, there is the Developers section. This section is primarily aimed at technicians and through it one can create API Keys to connect custom software created on their own server to the Framework360 environment.
