In this guide, we will see how you can add the Facebook Pixel to your FRAMEWORK360 environment.
Step 1: Copy the Pixel ID through the Business Manager
To add the Facebook Pixel to your FRAMEWORK360 environment, first, we need to go to the Facebook Business Manager to retrieve the ID of our Pixel that needs to be inserted into the FRAMEWORK360 platform. Once in the Business Manager, we should navigate to Event Management, where we will face the Pixel setup screen. At this point, let's go to Settings and copy the Pixel ID as shown in the figure:
Event Management > Settings > (copy the Pixel ID)
Step 2: Insert the Pixel into FRAMEWORK360's Tracking Module
Now, after retrieving the Pixel ID, let's head over to our FRAMEWORK360 environment, navigate to the main menu item Tracking, and at this point we will be faced with an already prepared project or we could create a new project. To create a new project, click on the Add button located at the top right of the screen.
We will then find ourselves on the project creation screen where we need to add the Facebook Pixel ID that we copied from Facebook Business Manager as shown in the figure:
Once the Facebook ID has been entered, all we have to do is name the project, click on Save and it's done!
