This guide explains how to configure the Shopify integration to automatically receive orders within your Framework360 system.
Important: Order synchronization is one-way (from Shopify to Framework360).
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Access the Plugin Settings
- In the control panel, navigate to the Plugins section.
- Locate the Shopify plugin and click on Settings.
2. Go to the Synchronization Section
- Within the Shopify settings page, look for and click on the tab or section named Synchronization (or Webhooks).
3. Enable Order Synchronization
- In the list of synchronization options, find the entry Sincronizza ordini.
- This option has the description: Crea una copia degli ordini ricevuti da Shopify anche in Framework360.
- Toggle the switch next to this entry to enable the feature.
4. Save Changes
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click on the Save (or Update Settings) button to confirm and apply the changes.
Once saved, the system will create the necessary links with Shopify to start receiving order data.
