This procedure allows you to define whether to add or remove credits from a user's balance in your Prestashop system, and specify the exact amount.
Procedure
1. In the Balance section, locate the Operation field.
2. Click on the dropdown menu and select the type of modification you want to perform:
- Add: to increase the user's credit balance.
- Remove: to decrease the user's credit balance.
3. In the Credit Value field, enter the exact number of credits to assign or subtract.
4. In the Notes field, you can enter a brief description or reason for this operation (optional).
