Order the project list by date or based on a custom criterion

This guide explains how to change the display order of projects within a list block.

Procedure

1. Open the settings of the Projects (or Work List) block on the page you are editing.

2. In the settings panel, locate and open the Sort section.

3. In the Sort by field, select the criterion you want to apply:

• Date: Projects will be ordered based on the creation date.
• Custom: Projects will be ordered based on the manual sorting you have set for each project.

4. In the Order field, choose the display direction:

• Descending: Displays projects from most recent to least recent (or from highest value to lowest).
• Ascending: Displays projects from least recent to most recent (or from lowest value to highest).

5. Save the changes in the block settings panel.
