Guide: Selecting a Target WhatsApp Group for Bulk Sending
To select the WhatsApp group that will receive the bulk message, follow these steps:
Procedure
1. Access the WhatsApp action configuration screen (for example, within a Marketing Campaign or an Autopost).
2. Locate the settings section and look for the field labeled Group.
3. Click on the dropdown menu under the Group label.
4. Scroll through the list. Groups are organized by sender phone number.
5. Select the desired WhatsApp group name from the list.
6. Proceed with filling out the Message and any Attachments.
