This procedure allows you to control whether customer data created or modified in Framework360 should be automatically exported and synchronized with Google Contacts.
Procedure
1. Log into the Framework360 control panel.
2. From the main menu, go to the Plugin section.
3. Click on the Google Contacts plugin.
4. Within the plugin settings, look for and select the tab (or section) dedicated to Synchronization or Webhooks.
5. Locate the synchronization block titled Sync customers.
6. Inside this block, find the entry related to outgoing synchronization: Framework360 => Google Contacts.
7. Use the toggle switch next to this entry to:
- Enable synchronization (Framework360 customers will be exported to Google Contacts).
- Disable synchronization (automatic export will be stopped).
8. Click the Save changes button (or equivalent) to apply the new settings.
