Main features
Content management
- Unlimited list creation: You can create and manage multiple separate FAQ lists, each dedicated to a specific topic (e.g., "Product A FAQ," "Services FAQ").
- Customizable questions and answers: Each list can contain an unlimited number of question/answer pairs.
- Active/Inactive status: You can temporarily deactivate an entire FAQ list without deleting it.
Page display
The module offers two main modes for displaying FAQs when inserted into a page:
- Standard: All questions and their corresponding answers are displayed open simultaneously.
- Accordion: Questions are displayed in expandable panel format. The user clicks on a question to view the answer, keeping the page organized.
Automatic optimization
- Multilingual support: Question and answer content is managed through the integrated translation system.
- Structured data (Schema.org): The system automatically generates the structured data (JSON-LD) needed to communicate the content’s nature to search engines, facilitating obtaining FAQ Rich Snippets.
How to configure
Configuration is divided into two phases: creating the list and displaying it on the page.
1. Creating and managing FAQ lists
FAQ lists are created and managed in the system’s administrative area.
1. Access the menu item FAQ (or FAQ Content).
2. Create a new item by specifying a Title for the list.
3. Add the desired Question and Answer pairs.
4. Ensure that the list is set as Active.
2. Inserting and configuring on the page
To insert an FAQ list into a page (via Visual Builder or content editor):
