This guide explains how to configure the Facebook Page and Instagram Account from which the system will receive messages (Messenger and Direct).
Procedure
1. Access the plugin settings section.
2. Locate the section titled Ricezione messaggi.
3. In the Seleziona pagina field, click on the dropdown menu and choose the Facebook Page you want to use to receive Messenger messages.
- If you do not want to receive messages from Facebook, leave the option Nessuna pagina selected.
4. In the Seleziona account Instagram field, click on the dropdown menu and choose the Instagram Account linked to your Facebook Page.
- Note: Currently only profiles with +10,000 followers are supported.
- If you do not want to receive messages from Instagram, leave the option Nessun account instagram selected.
5. To manage internal notifications within the system, check the following options (if you wish to enable them):
- Ricezione notifiche: Enables sending notifications within the platform when you receive a new message.
- Ricezione email: Enables sending notification emails when you receive a new message.
6. Scroll down to the Ricezione commenti section.
7. If you want comments on Facebook posts to be treated as private messages in your conversation module, check the option under the label Abilita ricezione:
- Ricevi anche i commenti ai post come messaggi.
8. Click on the save button (usually located at the bottom of the page or at the top right) to apply the changes.
