Why do it: To save a document, an image, or a contact card (vCard) on your device.
Procedure:
1. Locate the download button on the page. This button is generally primary-colored and occupies the full width of the available space.
2. The button includes an icon indicating the type of content:
- For generic files, you will see the download icon (a downward arrow: <i class="fas fa-download"></i>).
- For contact cards, you will see the address book icon (an address card: <i class="fas fa-address-card"></i>).
3. Click on the button, which displays the indicated text (for example, Scarica vCard or custom text).
4. Depending on your browser settings, the file download will start immediately and the file will be saved in the default downloads folder (usually "Download" or "Scaricati").
5. If the file is a document or an image, it might open in a new tab before the actual download is requested by the browser. In that case, use your browser's save function (usually "Save as...") to complete the operation.
