This guide explains how to enable or disable the offer of additional products (cross-selling) shown to the user during the checkout process.
Procedure
1. Access the Checkout management section.
2. Locate the checkout you want to modify and click on it to open the edit screen.
3. Within the checkout edit screen, navigate to the section titled Cross-selling.
4. To enable the feature, check the box next to the option Enable cross-selling.
- Note: If the feature is enabled, additional settings will appear to configure which products to show, the maximum quantity, and the invitation message.
5. To disable the feature, make sure that the box next to Enable cross-selling is unchecked.
6. Click the save button (usually Save changes or Save) to apply the changes to the checkout.
